Sunshine Coast Bushwalking Club

Welcome to the website of The Sunshine Coast Bushwalking Club. Located in south east Queensland, our club has about fifty active members. Visitors are welcome to join us on one of our Sunday walks or on our once monthly Wednesday walks. Through walks and base camps are held at least once each month. Check our Walks Program for upcoming walks. Reports of recent walks are published monthly in our club newsletter The Trudge.

Remember that bushwalking can be a strenuous activity, so it is best to start on an easy day walk, gradually building up to extended through walks. Please check our Walks classifications & gradings when choosing an appropriate walk. Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 7.30 pm at the Buderim Craft Cottage. These meetings are an ideal way to meet fellow members and to find out about the next month's walks.
